Susan Creeden, REALTOR®
ABR® e-PRO® SRES® SRS®
If you are in the process of choosing a REALTOR®, you may be wondering who you should choose, and why you should choose them. Please allow me to tell you why I believe you should choose me, and about my education, experience and designations.
Technology is my friend and I embrace every new idea. Look at the amazing Immersion 3-D Showcase I offer for each of my listings. How innovative is this? Additionally, the there is a Virtual Reality type showing feature, complete with a headset! I also love the drone photography options.
The SRS® designation stands for Seller Representative Specialist.
I have the wonderful experience to help guide and market your Home. I recently added the e-Pro certification to my list of skills. The e-Pro course information I have gleaned, enables me to optimize marketing your home on the internet via multiple Social Media outlets.
The ABR® designation stands for Accredited Buyers Representative.
I have earned the ABR® designation; the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. It is awarded to real estate practitioners who have met the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
The SRES® designation stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
As a SRES® I have specialized resources available for those who are ready for active adult communities and other similar avenues. I have many years’ experience, and also a BA in Management.
My e-Pro® Certification is an invaluable tool for technology and marketing. Additionally, I have also completed the Real Estate Investors Class.
Buying a home is no small matter. Besides being the largest financial transaction you may ever undertake, it’s probably also the most complex. There are many good reasons to work with a qualified real estate professional—especially a trained professional who has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, representing best-in-class buyer services. Why should you work with an ABR®? When you look for an ABR® before you look for a home, you’ll be served, not sold. Your interests become their interests. And you’ll be working with someone who has gone the extra mile by completing specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services. Plus, a REALTOR® who has an ABR® designation also has an established track record, with proven experience in representing the concerns of home buyers.
Surrounded by, and learning from, industry leaders is very important to me I grew up helping my Mom with her real estate marketing. My husband, Bill, is a Structural/Civil Engineer, P.E. He has built many homes in the Greater Atlanta area. My aptitude and abilities are enhanced on a daily basis by gaining constant structural insight and real estate knowledge. This knowledge is put to use to help my clients.
My continuing education, Designation Courses, and Certifications far exceed the National Association of REALTORS® requirements. Why take the minimum? I choose to educate myself, and my clients, as much as possible. When I help my customers choose a home inspector, it is important for them to hire the well-seasoned inspector; the one who is very capable, recognizing problematic issues and offering remedies. I will always go the extra miles necessary to learn more, and to pass the pertinent information to my clients.
We are the proud parents of three fine young men. One son is a former US. Marine and is a Deputy for Cherokee County Sheriff's Department. Our other two sons are also hard working men. One at our local Home Depot store and the other an Insurance Adjuster. We are proud Grandparents of three sweet little ones, including twins born this past November and another one on the way! I attend Woodstock City Church and belong to a women's small group, in Woodstock, GA.
My Mom was an award winning REALTOR® and one of the first women to receive the Certified Professional Home Builder Designation. My Dad was a career U.S. Naval Officer and also held a Real Estate license. As you see, I have been immersed within the Real Estate culture beginning with my formative years! My real estate career began in 2000, and I truly love what I do. On my first tab, I have listed all my closed transactions, more than 65 of them!
